We still have not received our parcel ordered on Jan 13th, so very close to one month ago. The customer service has been terrible, they keep sending the same generic message and ignoring my emails asking for a refund. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Very disappointed.
I made a order on the 5th January and I never received.
I contacted the customer service and I been told to wait 30 days dor my order to come as is is a delay because Covid19 and Brexit.
Customer service they are ignoring my emails right now. It's a shameless company!!
Don't waste you money and your time with them! They shouldn't even be allowed to have a license to sell!!

I ordered a large amount of clothes for my 5 year old daughter a few days ago from this site then later seen the reviews and was really worried as there’s a lot of negative ones especially with delivery time. But my items arrived within 4 days of ordering and wow they are absolutely beautiful, fab quality and so different! And very reasonably priced.
I haven’t washed them yet So I can’t comment on how well they will wash,
But I am very pleased with my order!
Order placed in January took around 2 months to arrive. Due to Brexit and COVID I believe. Lindex acknowledged and apologised. Order was refunded but when items arrived I was allowed to keep FOC. They also sent me a 30% off code as an apology. I have since used the code and this time items arrived within a week.
I placed my order in January and its arrived today. I don't blame Lindex at all for all the shipping problems. Even a big brand like Nike took a few months to acknowledge they couldn't deliver due to COVID-19 but I had to chase. Whereas with Lindex I got an email saying they were sorry for delay and were still trying to deliver. Then earlier this month they emailed me to say they can't guarantee the delivery but could have a refund and keep the items if they turn up.
Such a great thing to do for customers in this pandemic. It won't stop me shopping there again when they have helped me with this delay. And I'm so happy to with the quality.
Hopefully the shipping will be solved, but honestly it's not their fault and they do not deserve very bad reviews for Britain leaving the EU and in a pandemic! Wish the government would do better to help companies out.
Awful ordered in January, I emailed 3 times in February their customer service team kept fobbing me off. Then finally promised a refund if I don't receive any update for more than 30 days. No update. I emailed again and messaged on instagram. Completely ignored. Opened a paypal case
The two piece trouser and sweatshirt I purchased for my grandson was ordered in a 2-3 so should of been plenty big enough, but it was so small the size was more like 18-24 months quality not great either for the price
I ordered 2 items from Lindex on 8th Feb. I was told the following day that one of the items was now OOS and on 10th Feb that the article had shipped. Since, no news. Tracking shows that the items isn't in Royal Mail system yet, so I'm not sure it has left the warehouse. On contacting the customer service, Covid was blamed for the delay, but reading online, it seems I'm not the only customer waiting for delivery. It seems it's Brexit and shipping into the UK that is a problem. I've asked for a refund but it has been denied as it's not been 30 days yet since my order. I have had no confirmation of actual status of the order and overall communication and experience are terrible. Will update if the order ever arrives or if i manage to get a refund.
The delivery took a while as I believe my stuff came from Sweden and this is said on the website. However, it was so worth the wait. I ordered a lightly padded bra which fits amazingly and feels really excellent quality (super soft cups and also straps plus it feels strong and well made). I also ordered a white soft knit bib with a roll neck and its incredible- incredibly soft and thick- just feels really high quality. Also they have a great sustainability promise and are priced really fairly! So happy :)
Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered some winter clothing for my son on the 11th of January. When it had not arrived more than two weeks later, I emailed to ask where it was and immediately received an email notification that my ticket had been closed and that delays were due to Brexit. I emailed again four weeks after my order having had to purchase the items separately elsewhere. This time I requested a refund and again immediately received an email saying that my ticket was closed and delays were due to Brexit (completely ignoring my request for a refund). I have ordered several items from Europe in the meantime with no issues and. having looked at other reviews it seems the same thing was happening before Brexit but then the delays were blamed on Covid.
Seven weeks in and I have not received my order and have just got my money back through Paypal. It seems pretty obvious to me that at best this is a dropshipping business and my order is sitting on a container in China somewhere or, it's just an outright scam.
Do not believe the delivery time.
I’ve ordered with Lindex twice and both times it has taken months. The first time, I was willing to forget as it was during lockdown. However, this time around - I have ordered things from China AFTER yours and received them. You are misleading customers and using the pandemic to cover your tracks. Shameful.

Ordered nearly a month ago and still no sign of delivery, their excuse is brexit don’t take customers money if you can’t deliver to that country ! Have ordered lots of times before and never had an issue , why can’t you track your own parcels ?! You must know where they are !!! If your in the UK do not order from them
